Our villa in La Zenia II is in a secure area, landscaped with palm trees and fountains.

This villa (see layout plan below) sleeps up to five people in two twin-bedded bedrooms and a bed-settee in the lounge.  There is a bathroom with over-bath shower and a downstairs cloakroom.  The large, open-plan living area, with a television complete with English satellite T.V, merges into the fitted, fully-equipped kitchen, which has an oven, a hob, a fridge-freezer and a toaster and is fully equipped with pans, utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware.  There is also a washing machine.  All your bedlinen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. There are ceiling fans to the living areas.

The large, paved front garden has room for a parked car.  The smaller, private, walled rear patio with table and chairs is perfect for al-fresco dining, and private sunbathing.  There are three swimming pools available to you, the nearest only 20 metres away.

The villa is in easy driving distance to shops, restaurants and bars, as well as beaches, go-karting track, and golf courses, and there are local shops within walking distance.
